These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Limousine and black car services (“Services “) provided by Bermuda Executive Black Car Service (“Company,””we”or”our”) in Bermuda. By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All Services are provided under Bermuda law, any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bermuda.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Services are provided by professional chauffeurs and are tailored to offer a discreet, comfortable, and premium travel experience. Rates and vehicle availability may vary based on service requirements, date, time, and duration. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of Payment. Cancellation and waiting-time policies apply.
Confirmation details will be sent to email address provided at time of booking.
Changes to reservations must be requested at least 4hrs Prior to scheduled pickup by email or telephone (1-441-735-5320).
Rates & Billing
Rates are based on vehicle type, service requested and duration.
All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted for additional stops, wait time or service modifications.
Hourly services are billed in hourly increments, additional time will be billed in 30min increments thereafter.
Airport Point to Point Transfer
For arrivals at L.F. Wade International Airport, drivers will meet passengers at the arrivals hall holding a Name Sign. If you cannot locate your driver, you must contact us on 1-441-735-5320 before leaving the airport. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FULL SERVICE CHARGE.
For FBO/Private Jet Transfers with non-trackable flights, charges will be applied from agreed Estimated Time of Arrival unless notified about changes to ETA at least 3hrs in advance. A charge hourly charge will be applied for any wait time from agreed ETA.
Liability & Limitations
Bermuda Executive Black car services is NOT LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to DELAYS, MISSED FLIGHTS, OR LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS caused by factors beyond our control. Our Liability is limited to the Maximum extent permitted by Law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from Time to Time. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to to updated terms.
